HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

Siloa & Mook offers free delivery to all orders. Also returning is free.

Where Siloa & Mook products are shipped from?

Our warehouse is located in Helsinki, Finland. All the orders are shipped from there.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Order are generally delivered between 2-4 business day from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be cause by delays in public holidays, product availability or custom delays. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Of course and we’re happy to help! Please email us at contact@siloamook.com right away after your order or as soon as possible.

If the order has been already shipped, please pick up the package from your nearest post office and contact us for the change or return. 

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking code. Your paracel is traceable on the carrier’s website. Don’t hesitate contacting us, if any questions.

How can I return my order?

We offer you a free return and full 30 day money back guarantee.

 If you decide that your new Siloa & Mook bag isn’t perfect for you, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. Contact our customer service at contact@siloamook.com and we will take care of the rest. 

 Please notice that the purchased product needs to be in their original condition and packaging (not used, including all accessories and dust bag).

How long it takes to get a refund?

The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned item. Please kindly note that we reserve the decline a refund in case you item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.).

I received my order but the item is damaged. What should I do?

Noticed a small defect?  Sometimes a small detail makes a huge difference, we understand! We always strive to carefully check each product, but if you receive a piece with a minor defect, let us know. It's important for us that you can fully love your treasure.

Can I have bag repaired?

If you wish to send your bag for repair, please send an email to contact@siloamook.com, with the reason for repair, preferably with pictures attached. 

We will then tell you if a repair is possible, and at what cost.

How to take care of the bags?

  • Beware not to catch or rub your product against abrasives or sharp surface
  • Keep you product away from damp or humid environments and avoid direct exposure to sunlight
  • Keep you product away from any direct sources of heat (radiators, car interiors over heater by the sun etc.)
  • If the leather or metal gets dirty, or for instance there are stains on the lining, we recommend that you gently wipe it with a soft and light colored cloth. Never use soap or solvent.
  • If the handbag gets wet, dry it immediately with a dry and soft light-colored cloth and let it dry in a well-ventilated place.
  • In order to protect your product when you are not using it, store it in the protective pouch provided. If required, fill the bag with paper to help conserve its shape.
